• We do not do touch-up work, nor do we continue jobs started by other contractors.
• We have a fixed price/square foot (for new drywall). If the drywall has already been installed, it has to be done professionally (full drywall sheet installation, interconnected). If it hasn’t been, it will take us more time to finish the job and will cost extra.
• We DO NOT take on jobs where the metal corners have already been installed; the quality of the job depends on the installation and we can’t guarantee someone else’s work.

For cracks we need the length. For surface repairs we need dimensions of the area to be addressed.
If the ceiling need attention, please specify the height
Please specify if you want us to cut, remove & replace drywall (specify the thickness of the drywall)
Dimensions, also including the height (if applicable). Specify if the height is variable (cathedral ceiling).
For spot painting (only the plastered area), we need to use the same brand name, color and finish used initially. If you do not have the details (or the old gallon of paint used initially), the painted spot will be visible. Even if we use the same paint to finish the plastered spot, we cannot guarantee that the new patched spot will be invisible unless we do the entire surface (wall / ceiling).

The process of ceiling texture removal is messy involving a lot of dust. The work areas need to be cleared as the addressed surfaces will be plastered (entirely – multiple coats) after the texture removal.
